What Causes White Discharge From Ear While Using Hearing Aid?

I have to havem my ears cleaned every 3 months. The material is soft and is white.

I am 67 and wear hearing aids. If I wait too long my hearing aids whistle. No one seems to be able to tell me what the white material is. Wht do you think?
