What Causes White Discharge From Nipples When Not Pregnant?

hi my name is aliyah im 16 years old & i sometimes i have whit stuff in my nipples its not from cotton or my shirts i took several pregnacy tests but they have been negative it runs in the family to have periods while being pregnant but i dont know if i am or not
