What Causes White Discharge From Penis?

Hi, I am away from home on monday i noticed some white discharge from my penis. I am pretty sure its gonorrhea. It has rapidly gotten worse to the point it is painful to touch my penis. I was waiting till i got back home to see my dr. but I wanted to know if its ok to wait till thursday or should i go to the ER?
