What Causes White Discharge From The Lump On The Testicle?

Hello. I had and odd lump on my ball sack and I started to push on it to see what would come out and it turned out to be a ingrown hair so pulled out the hair and put some alcohol on the cut but some kind if white looking stuff came out of now where so I put more alcohol on it an more of the white stuff came. Why is this white stuff?
