What Causes White Discharge From The Penis Along With UTI?

Hi Doc, i had sex like a week a go, i noticed this white discharge from my penis especialy after staying for some time after peeing.....i went to hospital and they did a urine test and told me its an UTI...i was given some medice and they are finished now but the discharge is still there. There is no pain unless i squeeze my penis
