What Causes White Discharge From The Vagina?

Hi my name is jean,I am 26years.by the side of my viginal,I always touch some thing..if I press it..white liquid come's out..pls what is it? I went to do test few days ago..the result say's I am pus cell positive the second one is epithelial cells positive..and yeast cells positive..pls I want to know the medicine to take. I am in nigeria.
