What Causes White Discharge Through My Fiance's Penis While Urinating?

hi, lately my fiance has noticed some white discharge ( either transparent or rarely cloudy white) come out of his penis while he is urinating. it does not hurt or cause ny kind of discomfort. it doesnt hurt him while he ejaculates. he's still a virgin. we do it over the phone coz of the long distance. what could be possibly wrong wid him?
