What Causes White Discharge Through The Nipples?

I was in the shower, and noticed a difference in my nipples, I am 15. And so I checked it out closer, I squeezed my nipple, and a sliver shaped thing came out, although it felt more like wax and was about 3 slivers wide, this came right out of my milk duct. What is it?
