What Causes White Discharge With Bad Odor?

hi, I'm 26 years old and for the past week i have had white discharge and its smelly but i have no pain only my lower body i had my period about 2 weeks ago, also my husband have a white smelly discharge around his penis but he is not circumcise should i worry?
