What Causes White Discharge With Pain In Abdomen?

hi am 23 yrs old female i am recently married a 5 months past. i have irregular periods and from a last few months i am having white discharge before my periods i think a week or 2 weeks before my periods and during this period of white discharge i am having pain in my right abdomen.please help
