What Causes White Discharge With Pregnancy Test Negative?

I received 2 positive results on a hpt this morning( 4 wks since 1st day of last menstrual cycle) then this afternoon I took another one but noticed a white tissue discharge in my urine and the test was negative. Am I pregnant? or did the egg not stick?
