What Causes White Discharge With Spotting Having Diagnosed With PCOD?

I am on some PCOD tablet for past 2 months and i got my last period by March 15th. Considering 28 days cycle will what PCOD tablets will focus on to, i believe that i missed my period for this April month. On 3rd and 5th of April, i got brownish with slight blood spot vaginal discharge, after which I continue to see milky white vaginal mucus. I am quite confused whether to consider this as pregnant sign? I am not feeling any other symptoms except this milky white vaginal discharge.
