What Causes White Dots On Upper Lips?

hi, Doctor my name jessy. I'm 23 years Old. I am facing problem With tiny sharp white dots with many in small circle in my upper lips. but when i tried to show it to my mom she said nothing it just look little dark.then when i wash my lips i can see it become little visible and with its white dots. its sharp i can fell it .its about 27 hours i am experiencing it. is it something dangerous or its normal. and what should i do to cure it any lip gel or medicine.
