What Causes White Eyelashes?

Hello, i'm a teenage girl and recently i noticed i have a white eyelashes. There is only one but it's growing faster then my "normal" eyelashes. i searched on the net but i didn't get any answer... can anybody give me an answer ? is it a beginning of a disease ?
