What Causes White Fluid Discharge From Penis?

I have a white fluid I guess on the head of my penis. It s a line and ends with a circle. Not sure what it is but I am For sure it is not an std. I haven t had sex yet. But I really want to know what this is to find out how to treat it or if it s life threatening
