What Causes White Heads On Chin And Nose?

Recently my heart stopped three times and I was diagnosed with Long QT syndrome. I ended up having internal cardio defibrillator implanted. The weird thing is I used to have very dry skin on my face. Now, I have white heads popping out almost daily on my chin and nose area and I'm extremely oily. What happened?
