What Causes White Heads On The Penis Skin?

I am healthy in gen bt I have observed since quit some time white heads on my penis skin along with few black heads .......I am having normal sex life , once while I can take that white black heads out by squeezing skin ,they very tiny in most case bt contiues to exist .



Is it sign of something serious or not? and how to get rid of them
