What Causes White Line At The Right Side Of Back Of Throat?

Hi I have a white line at the right side of my throat at the back as my tongue goes over my throat, it is in the side wall below where a bud of my tonsil grew back in after I got them out many years ago, clarythromycin seemed to help but it has never really gone away, it makes me feel a bit unwell,
