What Causes White Lumps On Forearm Post Unprotected Sex?

Hello, 3 years ago, almost 4, I had a one night stand with someone, unprotected, very irresponsible I know, a while after I started having diarrhea, then these white bumps on my forearm, those went away, then I had this small red rash on the back of my leg. There was no weight loss, no changes in appetite, fevers, I still had the common colds and stuff. So eventually I forgot about it and felt fine after. I ve been having this pea sized bump on the side of my neck for about 2 or 3 years, it s not big. I m pregnant now, my first doctors appointment isn t for another 2 weeks. I m terrified now, my anxiety about it is so high. My boyfriend hasn t complained about anything different minus having a cold a few months ago, we have been together for over a year. Are the chances high that I could be hiv+? After 3 years would I feel worse?
