What Causes White Lumps On The Eye Lids And Underneath The Eyes?

Hello, i am a 19 year old girl, and i have been doing some reasearch due to i have been getting white bumps on my eye lids and under neath my eyes, with the reasearch that i have came across it looks to me like milia. i was just wondering if there was anything i could do to get theses bumps off. i regularely use morning burst by clean and clear. so i was wondering if i could get another product to use to get rid of the bumps, rather then going to get them taken off.
