What Causes White Mark On The Top Of Clitoris?

Hi there I have noticed a white mark on the top of my clitoris. There are no side effects at all and I didn't even notice it until I looked a bit under. When I stretch it it turns back to almost the normal colour as if its not really a bump at all. I would like to know what this is
