What Causes White, Milky Discharge?

I am 55 yrs of age, post-menopausal, in great health but noticing in the last couple of days a milky white discharge, very wet. Also,I am not sexually active, have been celibate for over 25 yrs. Is this discharge something of a concern or is it normal?
