What Causes White Mucus Discharge During Urination?

I have noticed a white jelly like discharge occasionally after I pee. I have noticed this this off and on for several years and have been tested for the common STDs several times. I have not tested positive for anything in almost a decade. I also have cloudy urine more commonly and feel like they may be related. My first girlfriend with whom I was sexually active, has told me she has HPV. Could this cause these symptoms? And if she was honest about having this(she has proven to not be honest about much), can I be tested for HPV and can it be dangerous?
