What Causes White Mucus Strings In Urine?

I had a hysterectomy on Sept. 15th. There were several complications during the surgery to many to list but a hole was accidentally cut into my bladder and since then I have had many problems but every time I urinate white mucus rings, clumps of white mucus are in the toilet...please help explain what it can be
