What Causes White Oval Shaped Spot Under The Eyebrows?

I have a white oval shaped spot right under my right eyebrow. This showed up 2 weeks ago today. Now I see I am getting it under my left eyebrow. These spots are about three fourths in. by one half in. The first one showed up after I fell on my right side on some ice.
