What Causes White Patch Of Skin Around Steroid Injection Site?

Hi I am 20, im 61 kg and 168cm. I ve had steorid injections 2 twice in 4 months for my scars White skin have developed on the areas where I had made the injections Will the white skin circles dissappear with time? Do I need to apply any cream to help it take normal skin colour pigmentation? Please advice Thanks :)
