What Causes White Patch Of Skin In Throat And Nostrils?

I had an elevated c-anca in the past, but never obtained a tissue biopsy to confirm web era granulomatosis. Currently, I have developed white patches inside my nose, a sore throat with white patches, and an asthma-like wheezy cough. Do you think this should be biopsied or is it just a sore throat?
