What Causes White Patches All Over The Body?

I am 38 year old havin skin allergy problem. Patchy macule & dark white type of rashes appear in my whole body expect my face .but when i take cetrizine it completely disappear bt after da next day when get default or mis da tab. I again get same problem . Hw do i get rid of such allergic problem & also of cetrizine?
