What Causes White Patches And Pain On Penis?

6 days i develoved a pain in pennis when i saw there were two small boils which later developed into a white patch like thing which we normaly develops in our innermouth( mouth ulcer) when ever i go for urine its very painful now the pain has redused now what shall i do pls help me
