What Causes White Patches On Skin During Summers?

Hello sir, I have this white patches in my skin since many years. In winter it disappears but from autumn it starts appearing and in summer it spreads. Sweating makes it worse. I took medicine (oral and external) few times. It works and the desease completely disappears. But after sometime it shows again. Please advice. R K Oraon
