What Causes White Patches On The Face And Neck?

I have some wihite patches on my face & neck. Consulted SKIN SPECIALIST & applying PLACENTREX, MOMATE & CROLIM. After about 15 days it seems medicine working & one of the spot is reducing.

Visited one more doctor, just for second openion. Dr changed my medicine to FLUCORT H & MELANOCYL

Now I'm confused which one to continue OR apply all.

Pls advise.
