What Causes White Patches On The Penis Head?

I am raj disturbed since 1month when i noticed some white patches on the head of my penis though i never have any sex.I m really scared that it might hurt me so i went to my parents immediately and showed it to them but they didn't find anything.

I am very much eager to know that is this any kind of disease? Clear my concern as soon as possible and help me out please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
