What Causes White Penile Discharge Along With Pain In Testicles?

Hi Doc,
Well this is regarding a white discharge from my penis while pooping and followed by urination. Currently there is no burning sensation but a slight pain in my testicles. Is this is related to excessive masturbation. Or is it a STD. plz clarify
