What Causes White Penile Discharge?

I am having a white penile discharge
I just returned from the phillippines where I had unprotected oral sex - that is what worries me
But I also suffer from an enlarged prostate and while in the phillippines I was drinking exessively was also suffering from anxiety
I feel it is the latter than the former that is causing the discharge because I have no fever, no painful urination, just a discharge
