What Causes White Penny Sized Raised Portion With Pores On Elbow?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i have a white penny sized area on my elbow that is slightly raised...and it seems as though you can see the pores on the raised portion. it looks as though it could be scar-like tissue. please help!!!
