What Causes White Pus Discharge From Penis Before Urinating?

My symptoms are I have to pinch the end of my penis n white pus comes out before I pee. It s cloudy an has a bad smell to it. I know it s not clymidea because I had that about 6 years ago. There is no pain in peeing an with clymidea there was a lot of pain. I can hold my bladder very well usually go once every 6-7 hours n piss for about a minute to a minute n a half. I ve only had sex with my girlfriend of 2 years is this a uti?
