What Causes White, Soft, Granulated Exudate To Come Out Of

What causes white, soft, granulated exudate to come out of your skin? They look like soft Pieces of rice. I have been seeing them under the scab whenever I get a sore or something. But in the last few days they've also randomly started coming out of my hairline, an old surgery incision on my abdomen, my eyelashes, and the corners of my mouth, my lips, etc. please help
