What Causes White Sperm From Penis Constantly?

IÂ´m 20 years old young man. I have problem with my ejaculations. there comes out white sperm all the time from my penis. 1 year ago I started to use diapers because of this problem. What is this? is there something wrong with me? Should I use diapers or not+ I can not control myself. It is not possible any more to go to the swimming halls.
