What Causes White Spot Under Ear And Jaw Line?

Hi i have 2 white coloured kind of spots but they look.like white has just built underneath my skin i have one near my ear and one under my jaw line they are so so hard to squeeze but when you do they stink can you tell me why? I always wash my face and how can i get rid of my underskin spots? Thank you
