What Causes White Spots All Over Body?

Hello! I want to ask about my son condition.. His having a white spot all over his body. It's rough and according to him it's not itchy. It starts from the shoulder, at the back of his neck, neck, legs and now in his body. Do you have any suggestion if what it is? Thanks and have a good day!
