What Causes White Spots On Chest And Arms After Taking Cephalexin?

I have just taken Cephalexin for a UTI that started this morning & had it with my breakfast now I have white spots with red rash around like a mosquito bite on chest & arms probably about 10 of them. is this a cause for worry. The prescription is for two tablets twice a day till completed. Thanks Helen
