What Causes White Spots On Hands After Bacterial Infection In Gall Bladder?

Hello Sir,
On last January i got bacterial infection in my Gall bladder & so i got treatment in GEm hospital coimbatore. It was cured. But for past one month i got some small spots(like pimples) in white colour in my hands. I got treatment for this to Skin doctor. But i'm having doubt that is this wounds caused due to that infection? Please advice
