What Causes White Spots On Lower Stomach?

Hello my name is anthony, I recently have had these white spots on the lower left part of my stomach apear and it grew two about two inches and it seams like it stopped but now it looks like i was burned there. It looks like a scare. What is it and is there anything i could do?
