What Causes White Spots On Side Of Labia?

I have developed a few cream/ white spots on one side of my labia. I have been married for over 40 years and neither of us have had other partners. I had a full hysterectomy twenty years ago. At first I thought it was thrush and now I know it isn t. Please help
