What Causes White Spots On The Scalp With Hair Loss?

my hair has thinned in the front since august. I did start a new job and was stressed. I also burned my scalp a lot this summer at the beach. I am in my late 30's and have very thin fine hair. I have a prescription to have my thyroid checked. also looks like some white spots on scalp coudl it be vitiligo in the scalp?
