What Causes White Spots On Tonsils Along With Fluid In Ears?

My doc says I have white spots on my tonsils but I have no sore throat or fever...also fluid behind left ear...I have sore neck an shoulders past 2 montths an lot of signs of thyroid problems...aching joints..headaches...very nauseous...empty feeling in stomach (hungry feeling)...aching in front of neck and jaws an very fatigued...any ideas
