What Causes White Spots With Itchy Feeling?

hello dr.. i want to ask about my skin problem around my face... in this few week my face got white spot and i feel itchy sometime..., it become red if i peek it.. i dont know although it because of my dry skin or fungal detection ... i didnt use any cosmetic skin care.. im just using cetaphil cleanser and moisturiser and sometime i use 'rosken dry skin' on my face but the problem still not change.. im also use anti fungal cream but didnt help
