What Causes White Sticky Discharge From The Penis?

I'm really worried about this, just curious. When I'm having a bowel movement, I always end up with this white, very sticky discharge that comes out of my penis. It's similar to semen, but usually thicker and much, much stickier.Is this normal? please help
