What Causes White Sticky Vaginal Discharge?

hi im 22 years old my monthly cycle was the 24th april this year, myself and partner are trying for a baby and have been for 5 years, we have had all the right test to see if anything is wrong with either of us, but nothing was detected, when wiping myself after passing urine i have noticed very very light streaks of blood in some white sticky discharge what could this be please i know its not a uti of infection
