What Causes White Stringy Discharge Along With Urine?

Hey Dr, I have been peeing some stuff lately white stringy and it didn t look runny. I am supposed to have my period every 21st of the month but didn t have it yet.the past couple days I ve been cramping not as much as I used to before my period. My breasts are tender but feel so heavy. I did take a pregnancy test and it said negative . is this normal ? Could I possibly be pregnant or is it just in my head?
